A number of TGP Holdings have been faced by a serious dispute regarding this year’s winning payments that took place during the Cheltenham event. Apparently, TLC Bet, Fun88, 12Bet and 138.com have all been involved in the current scandal.
This has eventually been handled over to the Isle of Man’s Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) who will be responsible for the in depth investigation on the matter at hand. This includes the review of TGP operations in its subsidiaries that are faced by the ‘bonus abuse and fraudulent activity’.
Barely days after the conclusion of the Cheltenham 2016 event, various racing bettors took to the social media in airing their cry on unsettled winnings. It is claimed that almost each bettor was not awarded his or her winnings days after the event came to a stop.
The handler of the investigation, the GSC issued a statement that said that the firm has already initiated a dialogue involving representatives of the licensees. At the same time, the TGP also claimed that it had begun its usual routine of accumulating client’s data based on their license from the 18th of March.
The investigating commission came out to assure the public that all findings from the investigation will be made public as soon as it’s all over. Consequently, the GSC will be forced to make a clear set of recommendation in attempt to settle down the player issue.

According to the Chief Executive of TGP Holdings Garth Kimber, the firm has acted in accordance with the rules set and has even allowed its clients to have a free access to their accounts.
