SBTech which is a sports betting software and platform provider has recently announced that it has secured itself a full Class 4 Malta Gaming Authority Remote Gaming License. It added that the license was an important feature for its long-term corporate strategy of increasing its firm’s operations in regulated markets. Earlier in March 2015 SBTech was granted the UKGC gambling software and technology authorization. Thus the Malta MGA Class 4 License is a recent plus to SBTech software. The CEO of SBTech, Richard Carter was delighted to secure a Malta Class 4 license.
He commented thanking the Maltese Gaming Authority and their in-house legal team for their efficiency and professionalism. He added that he was happy that they had fulfilled all their needs and they have been able to secure the much sought-after license. Richard Carter also stated that his software provider’s main objective was to strengthen its position as a market-leading provider of bespoke sportsbooks operators in various regulated markets. They will do this using the MGA Remote Gaming License that will act as a catalyst for great success. There is hope of making additional agreements with various other Maltese licensed operators.
Other deals that will soon be signed will include deals with Malta-based clients such as ComeOn and NetBet. SBTech received a warm welcome to Malta licensed software providers by Joseph Cuschieri, who is the Executive Chairman of the MGA. The Executive chairman declared that they were happy to work with SBTech team in granting the company’s Class 4 Remote Gaming License. He took pride that their regulatory and technical standards were quite demanding in the entire gaming industry. He was also happy that the company was quite diligent in providing thorough information in the process that they had in securing the license.
