Kodi Bear is a promising horse says Clive Cox

Success may dawn to ever happy Kodi Bear who could relish the chance of living in one of the best and fantastic moments. This comes after Kodi Bear was officially confirmed as among the attendees during this Saturday’s Doom Bar Celebration Mile that would be held at Goodwood.

Clive Cox who trains Kodi Bear praised the horse by claiming that he was the very best horse that Cox have worked with so far. He added that Kodi Bear is a determined, dedicated and glory angry horse which with no doubts will prospers and be a horse to watch in any event. This comes after Kodi Bear clinched the Group 3 Sovereign Stakes in his previous event. This comes as good news to Kodi who is now eyeing to taking up another step upwards to the next stage of Group 2 which is claimed to be worth £100,000.

However, all focus for Kodi Bear is set on the upcoming event of the Qipco Queen Elizabeth II Stakes where he is expected to perform much better. This comes after Kodi Bear was unavailable for the 2,000 Guineas after he was cast in his box. Furthermore, there is more redemption time as he is expected also to take part in the Celebration Mile which is deemed to be the best time for springing up before the British Day which will be held in October at Ascot.

Success may be eminent for Kodi Bear having his rival and lethal competitors who feature in Group 1 Arod and Toormore having been off the grid. However, the event should not be taken lightly as there are other fierce competitors such as Dutch Connections as well as Lighting Spear.

Lightning Spear is among the favorites too after he was ranked fourth during the Prix Jacques le Marois in his previous event and that has prompted Coral bookmaker to award him with 9-4 odd. He is followed closely by Kodi Bear with 5-2.

David Stevens from Coral claimed that Goodwood contest will not be a walkover for Kodi Bear as he faces a stiff competition from Lightning Spear who is ranked in Group 1. The event will also feature the return of Godolphin as well as Hors Be Combat and Captain Cat.
