Bryson DeChambeau transforming to a new golf pacesetter

At a very tender age, Bryson is on the move to become one of the prominent golf champions. Currently, he is nearing the string attained by the four time major champion Rory McIlroy. The two proved to have a growing rivalry in last week’s edition of the Abu Dhabi title. They were among other big names in PGA such as Ernie Els who is twice more than Bryson in age.

22 year of Bryson is finding it easy to win various awards as he has incorporated a new playing mode. He won the US armature champions well as the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the same year. With the two titles, he entered the list of five men to have accrued the two phenomenal awards in a single year.

Bryson was against all odds scooped the second spot during the Australian Masters last year just few points shy of the eventual winner Peter Senior. This was a great milestone for him as he competed against prominent professionals. DeChambeau was initially the first time leader in last weeks’ edition after a 64 opening but would later in finish joint 54th place.

Bryson has been nicknamed the ‘scientist golfer’ for his tactical way of playing and explaining the sport. The California youngster also claimed that it is just a matter of time before he joins the pro golfing after he completes his maters come April.

It goes without doubt that the current progress that is portrayed by DeChambeau is enough to be termed as one of the pacesetters in the sport. After his masters, he will embark on serious golfing where becoming a professional will be eminent.

BBC Radio 5 live golf summarizer Jay Townsend claims that more often than not, armatures have a tendency of trying their best in buying the game especially while playing at home. At the hot sun of Abu Dhabi, pacesetter was evident he added.
