Macao Gaming Show 2015 gets a support boost from Macao government

Macau SAR Government has indicated that it would offer aid to the upcoming Macao Gaming show. The three departments responsible for supporting the event are Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), the Macao Foundation, as well as the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ). The event will be staged at the Venetian Macao Resort-Hotel between the 17th and 19th of November 2015.

Jay Chun, the chairman of the MGEMA, a body that owns and organizes the event claimed that Macao Gaming Show has toiled hard in attempt to fight and achieve its objectives in the competitive market and this has made it gain recognition not only in Macau or the Asian pacific but also across the globe. He continued to claim that the support accorded to them by the various governmental departments has been crucial in attainment of their goals and has installed some sense of trust and credibility.

Ahead of this event, unique tributes were sent by various dignitaries among them the Director at Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau Macao SAR, Manuel Joaquim das Neves who called for the summit to be a source of strength, international claim as well as a strong local force.

MGEMA has had an experience in formulating a good relation with the government and its Secretary General Fatima Maria Nunes claimed that the IPIM a branch of the government that is responsible for promoting trade and investments would give the much needed support in urging other associates to indulge in the business in Macau.

She continued to point out that DICJ on the other hand would be fundamental in the provision of guidance especially in defining as well as executing various economic policies to the CEO of Macau SAR. With gaming being the main income earner in Macau, Fatima claimed that they would diversify their income by staging their products and services across the globe.

The MGS on the other hand, Fatima said that its main role would be the promotion of the cultural, social, educational, economic, academic as well as philanthropic tasks. This would be great use to the summit and the show as they will lay a strong foundation in the various segments.
