Malta Gaming Authority selects Microsoft as licensing CRM partner

The agreement between the Malta Gaming Authority and the Microsoft Malta has been approved, this will see that the Customer relationship management system, (CRM) has finally been established, it has come to help in reducing the burden that comes with licensing formalities.  Microsoft will ensure the website being established will be safer and will ensure an even faster way of licensing for all Malta potential operators.  The website will enable all the Malta Gaming Authority users to follow up their license application requests from their website.

According to the MGA top officials, announced that Microsoft would be in charge of the Customer management system, this is so that the authority and the existing operators would change how they view their relations and their widespread products. MGA is supposed to join hands with Microsoft, and the CRM was supposed to present Malta as the overall leader in terms of control of the igaming and online gambling areas.  The Executive MGA Chairman, joseph Cuschieri had something to say about the partnership between MGA and Microsoft; he said that the signed agreement is a propelling force to aid in further development of the relationship between the two entities.

He also repeated a statement he had made last year, about the renovation and the studying of their activities; this was aimed at making their systems more active.  The creation of the CRM website is a stepping stone in changing the way activities are run in the companies, added the CEO. The MGA is the only gaming authority that provides the operators a pan- European online gaming license, thus they are determined to surpass the anticipations of their stake holders, business partners and customers.  He also explained that he hoped that with the signed contract, there would be advancement in technology and various provision systems.

With MGA Company being technologically radical and active, the addition of more advanced technologies will act as a boost to its profits. The CEO finally stated that the company needs to be more actively involved in order to cope with various challenges that may come up.
