The company released a statement on Sunday which said that the problem was related to a network connectivity problem rather than a malfunctioning problem. He also added that the problem will never be experienced again as they have talked to their network partners to look deep into the matter.

The following day, NFL released a statement which assured its clients that Microsoft was not responsible for the problem but it was from a network connectivity failure. This was not a malfunctioning of the Microsoft tablets but network failure. He assured that this season had no tablet malfunction but network connectivity.
