UK Gaming Authority awards Magnetic Gaming with operational License

UK Gaming Authority awards Magnetic Gaming with operational License

For most firms to start off their business, the main idea will involve applying for operational license. There is a number of betting authorities that awards these licenses but they usually differ from country to another. The main different involves various taxation rates, rules under which to comply to and mostly the amount of cash that can be used to acquire such a license. Many firms have considered Malta as well as Gibraltar licenses for they are easier to acquire for little amount. Nonetheless, these licenses have their own jurisdictions such that they can’t operate in all European nations.

UK has been known for its stern restrictions in operational license acquisition. However, many consider these licenses from UK’s Gambling Authority far much better from other authorities. This comes despite having strict acts that should always be followed. This could be the main reason which prompted the Magnet Gaming firm to seek the Remote Gambling Software Operating License from the UK Gambling Commission.

This firm which has its roots in Denmark joined the league of a number of companies who supply their products abroad and must have the ultimate license for their work. These firms have to act in accordance with the 2014 Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act if at all they desire to have smooth business functioning.

Magnet’s Head of Game Licensing, Thomas Nielsen claimed that for his firm to have the advantage of the new markets abroad, this license must have come into play. This comes as a result of the fact that the UK market has established itself as the superior and productive market across the globe. This in turn brings in its high standards and this was fundamental for Magnet Gaming to seek the operational license.

He continued to add that this will be a huge step for the firm which aims in bringing the best games to their British clients which will be accompanied by amazing retention rates for the maximization of incomes.

This comes before next week’s ICE Total Gaming where Magnet Gaming will be on stand N6-210 as it showcases its existing and new games including Vikings, Candy Kingdom and Space Gems.

Huntingdon hosts a new runner for the Queen

Huntingdon hosts a new runner for the Queen

The Alconbury Handicap Chase is to take place at 2.10pm and there are some few surprises which among them would see a rare runner in the event. According to trainer Nicky Henderson, the event will feature one of his own steeplechaser Special Agent who scooped the Ascot Racecourse in 2015. Special Agent becomes the second jumps runner in history for The Queen which dates since the initiation of the 2015/206 season in spring.

More often than not, the Special Agent has been outstanding when it comes to Flat grounds and these ‘flat course’ oriented horses are rarely used when it comes to jump racing tracks. Moreover, it has been five years since Special Agent was involved in a racecourse with jumps. Nonetheless, it is believed that she will go against all odds and perform better in the event.

Henderson claimed that he will have two of his runners in the Friday’s Huntingdon showdown. He expected to field in one of his best runner Buveur D’Air. He will be on the verge of making it perfect for him after his 100% record across the season which will showcase during the Racing UK Novices’ Hurdle at 1.35pm.

Both Special Agent and Buveur will be Henderson’s main runners at the main event. However, there is a possibility that he may field in the Call The Cops the same afternoon in a rather rare race of the Pertemps Network Handicap Hurdle in which the winner will walk home with cash prize of £18,500 as well as qualifying for the Pertemps Final to be held during the Cheltenham Festival. Call The Cops will be the favorite to clinch the award having won the race last year.

The general manager at Huntingdon Racecourse Sian Williams claimed that the Queen has for long been the number one supporter of horseracing in the nation. This would be made more enticing to the fans that will have a chance to see one of the Queen’s horse’s take to the field.

Racing will officially start at 1pm this Friday with accompanied children being awarded with a free entry while adults’ ticket will cost £13.50.

He won the US armature champions well as the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the same year. With the two titles, he entered the list of five men to have accrued the two phenomenal awards in a single year.

Bryson was against all odds scooped the second spot during the Australian Masters last year just few points shy of the eventual winner Peter Senior. A bad day for Microsoft during NFL playoff

A bad day for Microsoft during NFL playoff

There was a lapse in the connection of the network on tablets provided by Microsoft during an NFL playoff match featuring New England Patriots. This was a huge disappointment for the players as well as the coaches who were unable to review any of the play.

Apparently, Microsoft entered into a deal with the NFL back in 2013. The deal which is believed to be worth over $400 million claimed that Microsoft will be the official provider of its Tablets which many referred to as ‘iPads’ which enabled the commentators and coaches to review plays.

Since this deal, things have not been 100% sure as another downfall was evidence last Sunday as the TV viewers for the championship match that involved New England Patriots and Denver Broncos were disappointed when they were notified of a possible failure to the tablets on the Patriot’s sidelines.

Evans Washburn who is a CBs side reporter claimed that the Patriot’s staff team was having some problem with the tablets which made it impossible for their coaches to see their defensive players. The NFL team immediately came in to solve the problem with some tablets able to continue their purpose while others could not bring up any image from the pitch.

The problem persisted through the first half of the game but the tablets would resume to full functioning in the second half. Through its spokesman, Microsoft claimed that the problem was associated with network connectivity rather than tablet malfunctioning.

The company released a statement on Sunday which said that the problem was related to a network connectivity problem rather than a malfunctioning problem. He also added that the problem will never be experienced again as they have talked to their network partners to look deep into the matter.

The following day, NFL released a statement which assured its clients that Microsoft was not responsible for the problem but it was from a network connectivity failure. Brain McCarthy a spokesperson of NFL claimed that towards the 1st half, the Patriot’s coaches were left on a stand still as pictures from the field went missing. This was not a malfunctioning of the Microsoft tablets but network failure. He assured that this season had no tablet malfunction but network connectivity.

The rise of Bob Bradley through Global Soccer Ladder

The rise of Bob Bradley through Global Soccer Ladder

He may be an American but has traveled across the globe nurturing various soccer talents. 57-year-old Bob Bradley the current Head Coach of French Ligue 2 outfit Harve A.C. has had previous encounters in two different continent grounds. Bradley was once the U.S.A head coach, Egyptian National Coach as well as Norwegian side Stabaek manager.

Bob started his coaching career in his native land in college, MLS and later the US national team. A disastrous loss to Mexico in 2011 was the final blow to have experience as the US head coach. After he had been relieved off his duties, Bradley was approached by the Egyptian Football Association, which offered him a job as the manager of the Egyptian National Team. He would later go on to lose in the final qualifying match of the 2014 World Cup, which was enough to miss the Brazilian showdown.

Bob would then quit as the Egyptian head coach after the January 25 Revolution in Port Said. He moved to Norway with his family where he managed Norwegian side Stabaek through to the Europa League. It was one of the most times for him and his team which was promoted a year before he took charge. However, his tactics lifted the team up to third place finish, a cup semi-final spot as well as qualification for the Europa League. Two years down the line, Bradley opted for another test and, this time, he moved to French capital where he took charge of the French Ligue 2 outfit, Harve A.C, which is now owned by American businessman Vincent Volpe.

His success, however, comes at a cost too. Being an American, most English top flights were reluctant to offer him a job as they claim to be in need of a coach with Premier League experience which he lacked.

Le Havre is now placed third in the table after beating rivals Paris F.C and is in the automatic promotion sport to French Ligue. Bradley headed to Oslo to finalize some paper work of the UEFA Pro license which would allow him to manage any club in Europe.

Oakland now faced with fierce NFL competition from San Antonio and San Diego

Oakland now faced with fierce NFL competition from San Antonio and San Diego

The deal of moving the Chargers to Kroenkeworld is yet to be struck and hence bringing an enormous makeshift to the NFL. This comes after it is alleged that the available spots in Los Angeles have been assigned to two teams and this is a huge blow for the league which is not ready for taking a huge risk in making use of the public cash as well as other amenities in the construction of a new stadium for the Raiders.

The Rams were the leading team to be handed a place in L.A. later it would be claimed that the Raiders would be shifting to San Antonio. Chargers, on the contrary, have been given the notice to vacate San Diego and it is believed that their possible and only destination would be at the southern part of Los Angeles.

Adam Schefter believes that there is a high possibility of raiders to have a final destination if by any chance the Chargers leave. However, other sources claim that Raiders will not be making any possible trip to L.A. at the same time; it is not clear on the state of Oakland team that is just watching the drama unfolding without any contribution and especially to the building of the new stadium.

For NFL fanatics, it is clear that the Texans and the Cowboys have nothing in common to share. Nevertheless, if Charges decide to vacate, then Oakland would be left in a deep shock as San Diego would opt to replace the Chargers rather than building a new stadium. This would also see the new rivalry in town, and this may be the turning point for voters to be against the building of a new stadium if at all ballot box voting would be necessary to break the conflict.

Raiders will have to keep it cool in Oakland up to when a decision is made by the Chargers. Joining the Rams in Los Angeles will be a hard fight that would see Oakland initiates all its resources in developing a new stadium.
