Transfer news: Could be Manchester skipper Rooney heading to China?

Well, despite being a super power as a nation, China has also great prospects when it comes to football. Recent news has claimed that a club in the Chinese league is focusing on bringing the Manchester United and England skipper Wayne Rooney. They are ready to cash out the Red Devils require for their captain as well as more than willing to make Rooney one of the best football income earners. The departure of Rooney may see Fulham’s Moussa Dembele or Leed’s Lewis Cook wearing the Manchester United jersey.

Steve McClaren is faced by a tough time as the Head coach of Newcastle United after a disappointing start of the campaign. This week he travels to London to face Crystal Palace, a team mentored by former Newcastle boss Allan Pardew. If he fails to deliver, then there is a high possibility of being fired with Clarence Seedorf being a possible replacement.

Sunderland on the other hand is on the verge of signing Auxerre winger Nils Bouekou in summer. However, they face a stiff competition from league rival Tottenham Hotspurs.

Last year’s FIFA Balloon d’or winner Cristiano Ronaldo has been on the spot with many having different dimensions about his career. Many still think that he will eventually go back to Manchester United. Others claim that he has dedicated his life at the Bernabeu and would see his carrer there. Some still have the notion that he will join French power house Paris Saint-Germain.

Arsene Wenger on the other hand has been keen to bring in a central midfielder to his squad. Two names including long time admirer William Carvalho and Lars Bender have been on the spot light. However, Mathieu Flamini and Francis Coquelin will have to build their trust on Wenger by performing beyond doubts. Wenger also opts to bring another striker and interested candidate for the position is Inter’s Mauro Icardi.

Liverpool and Chelsea are in search of new strikers and possible candidates have been Empoli’s Riccardo Saponara and Jonathan Calleri of Boca Juniors respectively.

If by any chance Real Madrid coach Rafa Benitez leaves Santiago Bernabeu, the club will have to recruit their former coach Carlo Ancelotti who has been jobless since he left the stint.
