Dwyane Wade got into a $47 Million Contract with the Bulls

Dwyane Wade got into a $47 Million Contract with the Bulls

On Thursday while co-hosting “Live with Kelly” Dwyane Wade who is a NBA free agent claimed that LeBron cheap is cheap when out on vacations. This came shortly after he announced his decision to quit home team after he signed a two-year contract with Chicago Bulls for $47million. Dwyane has been playing for Miami Heat for the last 13 years where he had an offer of $40million. Kelly Ripa during the behind-the-scenes segment asked Dwyane who was the cheapest NBA player he had vacationed with and he surprisingly mentioned his good friend LeBron James. However, that statement was meant to be a joke, since being a miser is well accepted.

Dwyane Wade had been having some scuffles with his team Miami Heat for the last few days. They had a meeting in New York on Monday with Micky Arison who is the owner of Miami Heat. Arison took it to himself to thank Wade for his participation in the team for the last 13 years. Chicago Bulls were more than willing to take Dwyane after he failed to reach an agreement with Arison, where he was finally signed out of Heat.  According to ESPN reports Chicago Bulls decided to trade players in order to create space for Wade. According to a report by Dwyane on USA Today, he was very proud for all that the team had accomplished in the last years.

The huge increase in salary limits has led to teams handing out record amounts to players. Jimmy Butler who is Bull’s shooting guard held a conversation with Wade via phone. Wade was recruited in the team on Wednesday and both Butler and Wade will be playing together in addition to been in the same University, Marquette University. Wade had sometimes back wished to play for Milwaukee Bucks which was closely connected to the University. However, the team did not have the $50million required by Wade. Bulls’ player Jose Calderon has been traded to Los Angeles Lakers. Dwyane’s products are being sold by Miami Heat for $13million. This is according to Larry Brown Sports reports.

The Return of Ray Allen To The NBA

The Return of Ray Allen To The NBA

Remember the 2014 NBA finals, when Miami Heat lost to the San Antonio Spurs? Then this man, Ray Allen, should be no stranger to you. Despite him being out of the NBA court for two years, he seems to be eyeing the two most recent NBA Champions, Golden State Warriors and Cavaliers.

The Golden State Warriors have been keen to add the 10-time NBA All-Star to their roster for the past two years. The Warriors have recently landed the former MVP Kevin Durant to go along with their All-NBA players Stephen Curry. They have also signed Draymond Greens and Klay Thompson in a bid to further fortify their roster.  Zaza Pachulia and David West, free agents, center and forward respectively, have also been signed in; however, the warriors seem not to have had enough as they are interested to sign in Ray Allen.

Important to note is the fact that despite of Allen being off the court for the last two seasons, he has not filed retirement papers with the league office, neither has he commented publicly of his desire to continue playing, he confirmed that he was far from retiring, he said this last August to Dom Amore of the Hartford Courant, further confirming that in case something came to the table he would take a keen look at it.

Regardless of him being out of the season for the last two years, he has maintained a remarkable shape throughout and taking into consideration his nutrition. He even opened an organic fast-food eatery last February. Thus if the teams confirm on his fitness and form then we would definitely see him on the NBA court once again.

Are the wolves ready for the NBA Free Agency?

Are the wolves ready for the NBA Free Agency?

NBA fans most times look forward to the NBA free agency period. This period lasts for about 48 hours and is usually the most entertaining and the craziest and is the period where teams begin speaking to free agents. NBA Twitter is also very active at this period where there are rumors, meetings, midnight visits and salary figure discussions. In this season there is an increase in salary figures to about $94M. There is an increase in cap space to around $27M where the Wolves will be going to the free agency with about three free roster spots. This is despite the fact that Doogie Wolfson has a different amount of $29M recorded in his podcast. This period the league does not have a lot of money to spend on the free agents class during the summer.

This is to mean that there will be some big contracts set aside for insignificant guys that will cause regret in the coming period. Wolves are interested in some players and Darren Wolfson in his podcast link has cited eight of them. The players include Eric Gordon, Kris Humphries, D.J Augustin. Joakim Noah, Ryan Anderson, Courtney Lee, Randy Foye and Luol Deng, Anderson seems to have been doing poorly in his recent games. Foye and Gordon do not seem to give much hope in the NBA games. Other players that are of interest include Mizra Teletovic, Zaza Pachulia, John Leur among many others. The New York Liberty will be hosted by Lynx where they will try to get back on track even though they have had major improvements moving from 10-5.

Pat Summitt who was a great pioneer of the women’s basketball team has passed on. She was also a well-known coach and worked hard to make the women’s college game popular. She coached at Tennessee and won 8 national titles, 1098 wins in 38 seasons. Her competitiveness, longevity and her ability to bring her team to the limelight made her stand out among others. She was a great person and will be remembered more so because of her personal attributes.

Von Miller, Broncos at a dead end over assured money

Von Miller, Broncos at a dead end over assured money

Everyone knows Von Miller. He is a super Bowl MVP. Recently, he denied a very big offer. An offer in form of a contract which could have made him the highest paid justificatory star by the NFLs .As James Palmer reported, Von Miller rejected $114.5 million. The value would have been by far the greatest anyone who`s a non- quarterback could ever get. Nevertheless, Broncos haven’t pulled the offer just yet. It is surprising though they had set a deadline on 10p.m on Tuesday. The agreement was that if the offer wouldn’t be accepted by then they would pull it off.

On Wednesday, on Inside Minicamp Live, palmer said that negotiations remain ongoing and that Broncos continue reassessing their superb position. Many questions continue crossing peoples mind, like why haven’t the Broncos not pulled the offer? Why and what is their next move. Two questions outwitted the others though phrased differently. Allotting on Ian Rapoport a question is poised on where Miller and Broncos Stand on assured money. The other question is the sum he needs to make or have made over the first three years of the bargain. These contingents build to play an outstanding role in the on-going contract give-and-take. Many people wait to see how the discussions will fair.

Per source conversant with the negotiations Miller doesn’t have any problem with part of the deal. This deal includes the broader six-year terms which are chained to $114.5 million conditions. This was added by Rand Getlin who`s NFLs Media. Denver had a goal to achieve. The common goal to him was to find ample time and space to spend and give ear to this week’s minicamp with Miller. John Elway set a soft deadline this week because of Ryan Clady and Demaryius Thomas who contended after leaving out offseason action in 2013 and 2015.

Early on this week Miller confidently stated that, throughout the Broncos` White House visit on Monday there was “real progress” as a new deal had been made. If by July 15 the bargain wouldn’t have been reached by both parties, during the 2016 season, Miller will have to exhaust the $141.129 million dealership tag.

Kevin Durant might not be going for the free Agency Tour

Kevin Durant might not be going for the free Agency Tour

Kevin Durant is one of the best forward players this summer. The Los Angeles Lakers will be trying as much as possible to convince him to join their league during the tour. After Kobe Bryant retirement, Lakers are trying as much as possible to look for someone to take part of the forward position Kobe left. Even though their anticipation and regard to Durant, chances are very minimal that he will accept their offer. During the last seasons agents have been offering free tours to players in different teams. But according to Royce Young of ESPN it is likely Durant won’t comply. To him it looks like recruitment but he said that he isn’t that kind of a person.

Though it is certain that he won’t attend the tour, Matt Moore of CBS Sports put down assumptions how Durant’s agency operation will happen. He said because Kevin Durant hold a number of meetings in Los Angeles, he spends his summer and his home is situated in the same location hell try to make a lot of decisions. This would not be the case if he has already decided to go back to OCK. This will be so whether it’ll be based on a five or two year deal. This basically would make him not harbor such offers.

Over the seasons Lakers wait too long for players to make decisions about their recruitment. This isn’t so with Durant, though he may not make his decision as they expect, he’ll make it pretty fast. If maybe he refuses it’ll be fair because other players won’t wait too long or make commitments with other agencies because there won’t wait for long. If he rejects the recruitment, that won’t be a problem to the Lakers because they have enough salary to pay other players. This will be profitable because they won’t sacrifice a salary slot. The Lakers are planning to make it big this summer; this will be possible if only they convince the best player they’ll get to come to Los Angeles.
