NFL wants player to pay to play for them

NFL wants player to pay to play for them

This is quite an absurd thing, Adam Schefter, who is the ESPN football reporter has come up with new reports on the current discussions taking place between Denver broncos and the San Francisco 49ers, this is quite an interesting discussion as the two members are asking for rights to quarterback Colin Kaepernick. According to Adam Schefter, the two teams have come up with an agreement, and all that is remaining is for Colin to part with millions of dollars without any hesitation, since this is part of a legal deal, he however does not comprehend how that is even possible.

Schefter gave a statement in which he said that the whole idea was stupid, according to what he wrote, Schefter said that the quarterback and the Broncos needed a newly signed and re- written contract, he reported saying that the broncos are not ready to pay Kaepernick his rightfully owned wages. Thus, with all this Adams wants a newly written contract, since Broncos has Kaepernick debt of around 11.9 million dollars, which totals up to 15.9 million dollars according to his employer’s books, this accounts for the arcane NFL practices. According to him, the Broncos state that they are looking for an open cap number and agreement, he states that Kaepernick being asked to part with millions of dollars that he has rightfully earned is an understatement.

This is due to the fact that NFL is a team worth billions and is unjustly asking one of the players to pay them millions of money in order to pay for their team. Arcane accounting practices are meant to safe guard the team owners profits and this is part of the reason why it makes sense, this is otherwise supposed to serve as an example that the agreements most often signed by the country’s well –known sports league are most times false. The question remains, why then would a football reporter want to doubt this kind of thing? Will Kaepernick agree to part with millions of dollars so that he can take part in the NFL games?

However, exactly nine years after the champion was stolen, his DNA emerged in one of greyhound events held in Spain. Reports from the Local claimed that two greyhounds that were set to take part in the event possessed Chapapote’s DNA. This called for a massive action to be initiated which prompted the cancellation of the event.

Chaos erupted and the case was presented to the nation’s sports tribunal who will have to sit down and decide on the fate of the event; if it should go on or not. One owner of the two dogs in subject told the Marca newspaper that he had no idea the breed from which his dog came from. He continued to argue that most of greyhound owners are in his similar situation where they have no idea of which breed fathered their dogs. He added that there are other greyhounds that have raced in Spain and some have still been identified to have Chapapote DNA.

The popular race Chapapote vanished and later in 2013 when the police recovered him claimed that it was a group of breeding gang had stolen him. They recovered the champion in a black market when he was about to be sold to other breeding gangs b his assailants. Activist groups who cared for the well being of animals had tabled a motion on how these greyhounds have been mistreated and urged the Spanish government to initiate various methods in curbing the issue.

A British charity that is sponsored by Ricky Gervais and Judi Dench has initiated a strategy to save the lives of some of mistreated greyhounds who are sometimes burnt with acid and cigarettes, others left alone to wander in busy motorways, others hanged on trees while others are left in tunnels to die. Some have had serious injuries with broken limbs, open wounds with others suffering from starvation related diseases after many days without food.

Christian Pham a 40-year old poker professional from St. Paul in Minnesota signed up for the wrong World Poker Series of Poker in Las Vegas and ended up the first prize pot of $81,214. He plays professional Texas Hold’em Poker and he turned up to the WSOP event where he realized that he signed up by accident for a different game. He had signed up for no limit 2-to-7 lowball which was an issue since it’s a game he had never played before.

He would not give up his $1,500 buy in and he decided to grind up the game and see whether he would be in a position to salvage something from this mistake he had made. He had not realized the mistake he had made until he was in the first deal and received 5 cards instead of 2 which he expected.

The No limit 2-to-7 lowball is a different game totally different from Texas Hold ‘em. In this game, it’s the lowest poker hand that wins the deal and the game has no flushes or straights. Shawn Harris who was dealer to Pham in his comments said that the game is different and requires a different mindset and strategies.

Players at the table had to explain to Pham how the game should be handled and did it with less scepticism and they later realized that Pham was an experienced poker player. The player who was on the initial table with Pham said that one would suspect an act but wasn’t sure whether what Pham pulled was an act but he said that if it was, then it was very good.

As the first day came to a close, Pham was the chip leader. On the night of the first day, he topped his knowledge to the game and the evening that followed got him $81,214 richer.

Pham moved to Minnesota in 2000 from Vietnam. His poker career started in 2008 and made him a couple of thousand dollars in a local tournament. He was not serious towards poker playing until 2012 and 2014 saw him win WSOP Circuit main event in Las Vegas where he took home $214,332.
